It's taking a long time on the critique of the Wall Street Journal columns I mentioned in my previous post. I'm amazed at the temerity of the editorial page folks for reprinting Morrison's column. Maybe Dr. Krauthammer M.D. (Psychiatry) can make a diagnosis of their reasons for reprinting it (Slate has a much better "blast from the past" article).Thanks everyone who contributed; I was able to go to Ralphs and get some Scoobie Snacks (carrots, apples, and beets). For a laugh, click to the post on Democratic Underground that points out how the mustached picture of Rush Limbaugh from the 1970's looks a lot like porno star Ron Jeremy (who, by the way, is masterfully lampooned by Horatio Sanz in the upcoming American Pie knockoff, After School Special; Sanz's character is Vic Ramalot--get it?).
