Happy Halloween
I didn't think any kids would be trick-or-treating in my apartment building. I didn't have any candy--the only thing I had to give away were Chick tracts (which the Chick Publications web site suggested as good trick-or-treat give-aways). However, I hesitated because I didn't think they would appreciate the irony in which I would have been doing this. Also, my area is heavily Catholic and I don't think the families of the kids would appreciate Chick's view of the Catholic Church and the Vatican. Fortunately, a roomie had candy.

Good Chick tracts to read: The Nervous Witch and its sequel Gladys, Somebody Goofed, The Last Generation (this one is especially demented), and Hi There!
