Why Is David Bossie Given Credibility?
Because not enough people are given the truth about him. It was wishful thinking when I saw the 1992 CBS news story by Erik Engburg story on Bossie and his partner in crime, Floyd Brown. The story was so revealing that the Bush campaign repudiated them as “the lowest forms of life.” Unfortunately, Brown and Bossie were rehabilitated by the right and soon thereafter were peddling the Vince-Foster-was-murdered urban legend. It's good that other bloggers are speaking out against Bossie's underhanded tricks such as the tape-doctoring that got him fired (also, here's a story on recent Bossie's ad controversy.
I just found out that Bossie has a forthcoming book, The Many Faces of John Kerry for Joseph Farah's WorldNetDaily Books (which is a division of the Christian publishing house Thomas Nelson; so much for not bearing false witness against thy neighbor). What is to be done? 1) Click here and tell the people at Thomas Nelson that what they are doing is wrong. 2) When Bossie's book is released in July, write an Amazon.com review that tells readers what Bossie is really about.
